These sound lovely as they are but it got me thinking. Still with a Lenten theme. Would it be possible to add some finely shredded, cooked salt fish with the potato mixture?

In reply to Ruth. Hi Ruth, it's listed under "for the sauce". You can use 2 serrano or 1 jalapeño chili pepper. But pretty much you can use any type you prefer and as much as you want. Hope you enjoy your tortitas de papa :)
