Oh my goodness, I just tried making these tamales verdes de pollo (green chicken tamales) and they were out of this world! The combination of tender chicken, tangy green sauce, and fluffy masa dough was absolutely heavenly. It took a bit of time to prepare and assemble, but the effort was totally worth it. I topped them with some fresh salsa and a dollop of crema, and oh boy, the flavors were amazing! I can't wait to make these again for my friends and family—they're definitely going to be a hit!
