Have you forgotten to attach your Youtube video for how to make/form sopes to this recipe? I like one stop shopping and specific technique demonstration is the main reason why I turn to videos.

Hello Mari,

Now I have blue Masa Harina I can’t wait to start using it but I have never cooked with Masa Harina before.
To save a lot of time for both of us, is there anything that is made using ordinary masa harina that I can’t use the blue masa harina as a substitute?

In reply to sharyn. Hi Sharyn, actually I think it could work! I haven't done it myself but maybe you can try and tell us? Remember the plastic sheets so the dough won't stick to the press :)
