Really flavoursome and hearty, perfect for this time of year (in the U.K. anyway lol).
I used a mix of Brown lentils and Lentiiles Vert and had to do an emergency rethink when I couldn’t get Pork for the Chorizo. So Beef it was.

I love this version with sausage in it so good! will make it again!
