Another lovely recipe Mari,

Thankyou for your advice re chipotle powder as the Sopa was delicious. We still have a small bowl each for tomorrow. I used tiny button mushrooms and fresh Shiitake mushrooms sliced along with porcini powder as the other wild mushrooms had sold out when I got to the shop.
I’ll definitely use this recipe as a base for any other “exotic” mushrooms that I can buy in Britain.
