Maricruz, this looks amazing. I’m trying to replicate a taco sauce from a taqueria in San Jose, and I think they do a variation of this sauce. It’s vegan, it’s orange, spicy and garlicky. Their emulsification never breaks, even when refrigerated. Thoughts?

Oh boy it was SPICY! but freaking delicious! I am gonna try next time to add less chile de arbol, or maybe more peanuts haha, but this has become my favorite Mexican salsa EVER!

Loved this peanut sauce! so spicy but so flavored too, I even looked how to pronounce salsa de cacahuate, so next time I’ll be in Mexico I’ll ask for it for sure.
