This was beyond delicious! I used paneer cheese as you suggested because I can’t find queso fresco where I live and my husband LOVED IT! He is Indian so believe me when I tell you this was a big hit in our house, thank you for the detailed recipe, I love Mexican cuisine and you have lots of recipes that I never heard before of. Can’t wait to try out more!
