This recipe was delicious. We used the mexicana crema table cream (not sour cream) and green pepper (since my wife doesn’t like spicy hot food). We served it over arroz rojo, and it was fabulous. Thank you for sharing the recipe, it is a family favorite.

LOVE this recipe! It’s become a family favourite and my go-to “bring-a-dish”! I like to dice the chicken breast into bite sized pieces and toss it in the flour mixture.
