I had prepared that meal according more or less the guidelines but as a matter of the fact, I had already my peporanata ready so I just added here and heat it accordingly..
I used fresh tomatoes instead, cherry ones just heated with the pasta… I used Reggiano 30 months, freshly grated..
Nevertheless I added some freshly grated chilly…
I must say that No Pasta was left in the bowl and I’ll do that again, for sure!

Basil gives a nice flavor and fresh touch to mediterranean recipes, but if you don’t like it leave it out, you’ll still enjoy a delicious pasta :) Also, if you don’t have fresh basil you can use dried instead. Buon appetito!

Everything with bell peppers is the best!! Putting all the ingredients in the shopping list! Would be a huge difference not using the basil leaves? Thank you for inspiring me to try something new and to improve my cooking with a new recipe!
