Hi Mari,

Just had this tonight. Really rich and utterly delicious.
I used Veroni brand Salsiccia Toscana al Tartufo but could only get Oyster Mushrooms, Shiitake and Miitakes but added a good handful of dried Porcini’s (rehydrated) then used the soaking water.
It was still excellent but I hope to get some Chanterelles soon so I can make it with those.
