I had never had nopalitos before. My grandson’s other grandmother who is Mexican, gave me a bag of them cleaned and cut up.

I made this breakfast yesterday because I had a jar of nopalitos since…forever lol! I just didn’t know you can actually cook them with other stuffs and thought they were only for salads or toppings. The recipe was so easy to follow and yield a tasty breakfast indeed.
