I just finished making this, it is really good. I haven’t put it on anything yet. Just ate it off the spoon. I made it with 2% milk as that was what I had on hand. It was easy to make, just time consuming but worth it! Thank you for the recipe.

Mexican Caramel is totally new to me! I love the texture and the thought that it is. spread! What a lovely colour. I suppose the flavours will be awesome. I wish I can make it but first will have to hunt for a goat! :D
