I made the salsa, but mixed in some diced onion and a little chopped cilantro after processing. I used a can of fire roasted tomatoes for convenience and time, and went a little heavier on the adobo (I love the stuff). It came out great and only took a couple of minutes. I’m sure it’s even better with the fresh roasted tomatoes!
