I would love to see the Cali / Mex version by you! It’s just better. In both Arizona and Cali they mix in red and green sauces layered, black beans, cheese, (protein) , scallions, etc…so good!

I always love the Traditional Huevos Rancheros, it’s more flavorful and delicious. Your recipe is so helpful to me, I taught my daughter how to make it with your recipe. We used molcajete as well and it turned out so good!
