These chilaquiles were in my list for so long, but I finally could get some tomatillos and made the recipe. It was so delicious! Indeed serving with a glass of milk helps with the spiciness and it pairs amazingly good!

Super easy recipe! I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for chilaquiles verdes, thank you for sharing. I added 2 tablespoons of knorr suiza to the sauce for more flavor!

Best chilaquiles verdes ever! Loved the delicious salsa verde, I added only 1 serrano pepper and it was perfect. My loved husband wanted more spice so he ended adding chopped serrano as garnish, but me and the kids were ok without. They said the cream was so refreshing and helped with spiciness so it was a win for our family!

Quick, easy, simple recipe. Thank you. I didn’t add cilantro to the salsa verde because I don’t like the taste, I think they missed some flavor so next time I will replace it with something else like knorr suiza or some spices.

Chilaquiles verdes are my fav type of chilaquiles. I confess using store-bought tomatillo salsa for making your recipe, but they were still very delicious, and I served them for brunch :)

The look, the smell and the texture are great! I would not eat it at breakfast, I’m more into sugar things in the morning, but I think it’s a plate you can easily adapt to your meal plan. Also doesn’t require much time if you get most of the things from the store!
