Thank yoooouuu! I work in a restaurant and they made tacos today for staff meal, but the only hot sauce we had was Sriracha (which I love, but not for tacos!) I was looking for something quick and easy I could make with what we had on hand, and this for the bill perfectly! I did add a little cornstarch to thicken just slightly, a 1/2 tsp of cumin just because I love it, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice while blending. The first batch I made as written and it was great that way as well!

In reply to Kimberly L Disney Morales. Hi Kimberly, I have used many types of chili powder, from Korean gochugaru, to Mexican chile en polvo, peperoncini, etc. It doesn't matter as far as it is spicy.
