I have baked this twice already and it is THE easiest and quick solution in case you want a real thing but can’t wait overnight or spend a lot of time. Actually i have baked something similar before (the recipe owner called it “lazy ciabatta”, but a few things – like twisting and pulling the dough – made a good difference.

This is by far the best no knead bread recipe on the internet! It always amazes me that 5 simple ingredients can create something as wonderful as a crusty loaf of bread. Most recipes have a longer fermenting time, more folding/stirring requirements, just more involvement to create a ‘no-knead’ product. This recipe rocks because there is none of that…I can put together the ingredients and two hours later show off the most beautiful crusty loaf that amazes me every time I cut into one. This no-knead bread is such a game-changer! It’s quick and easy plus I don’t have to use a Dutch oven too! My bread turned out so soft and delicious as well. I love it!
