Es perfecta para servirla sobre unos crujientes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/flautas-de-pollo\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">tacos dorados<\/a> o con unas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tostadas-de-pollo\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">tostadas de pollo<\/a> y no se diga con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pozole-blanco\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Pozole blanco<\/a> \u00a1Uff&#8230; es una verdadera delicia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La textura de esta salsa es tersa, aterciopelada y su color es de un naranja brillante. Pueden usar cualquier tipo de chile seco o fresco rojo. O pueden substituirlo con 2 cucharadas de chile en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner un comal o sart\u00e9n a calentar a fuego bajo. Tostar lo chiles por pocos segundos con cuidado para que no se quemen. Si quieren usar un <a aria-label=\"molcajete (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Molcajete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"rank-math-link\">molcajete<\/a> o mortero tambi\u00e9n es una buena idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tostar los cacahuates por 5-7 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y crujientes. Si los han comprado ya tostados calentarlos un poco en la sart\u00e9n para que suelten un poco de los aceites y realcen el sabor de la salsa. Ponerlos junto con los chiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar los ajos, la cebolla, la sal y la pimienta. Abran la ventaba de su cocina si tienen una y enciendan la campana a su m\u00e1xima potencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es preferible que hagan este paso cuando no haya ni\u00f1os o ancianos
