Dependiendo del lugar donde vivan, tendr\u00e1n que pedir la carne con otros nombres o usar otros cortes diferentes al chamberete (leer arriba). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VERDURAS<\/strong>. Pueden poner las verduras que m\u00e1s te gusten o que tengan a la mano. Calabacitas, chayotes, zanahorias, repollo, papas, ejotes, ch\u00edcharos, etc.  Todo muy bien cortado en trozos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ESPECIAS\/AROMAS<\/strong>. Ajo, cebolla y cilantro eran las \u00fanicas cosas que pon\u00eda mi mam\u00e1 en su caldo. Yo lo sigo preparando as\u00ed, pero en muchas partes de M\u00e9xico le agregan otras hierbas y sabe igualmente delicioso, por ejemplo <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dysphania_ambrosioides\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">epazote<\/a>, mejorana, tomillo, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caldo De Res Receta Mexicana Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar muy bien la carne y dejarla remojando por media hora en agua. Descartar el agua de remojo y ponerla en una olla grande cubierta de agua de unos 5 cm (2&#8243;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar una cucharada de sal, el ajo y la cebolla. Yo por ejemplo no siempre pongo ch\u00edcharos o ejotes, algunas veces no pongo elote o cilantro, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mi me gusta mucho ponerle una cucharada sopera de pasta de tomate porque me encanta el sabor que le da, pero esto es opcional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yo soy de la idea que este tipo de caldos son mil veces mejores cuando se cuecen lentamente, por lo mismo no aconsejo el uso de ollas express o la famosa Instant Pot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada hogar mexicano tiene su manera de servir este platillo, pero la m\u00e1s com\u00fan es acompa\u00f1ar con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/arroz-rojo-mexicano\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13535\">arroz rojo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tortillas-de-maiz\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5035\">tortillas calientitas<\/a> y una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/salsa-asada-de-molcajete\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13707\">salsa tatemada<\/a> de esas de rancho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi mam\u00e1 serv\u00eda este caldito primero solo las verduras y el caldo, solo si nos termin\u00e1bamos el mismo nos serv\u00eda entonces el arroz y la carne, as\u00ed no hab\u00eda excusas para no comernos la verdura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la mesa siempre deber\u00edan de poner un poco de chiles serranos picadillos, cebolla picada y limones.
