Lo descubrimos casualmente cuando la \u00faltima vez hice demasiada para la cena y nos qued\u00f3 un poco, la puse en un contenedor herm\u00e9tico y no me acord\u00e9 de ella hasta dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s. Y oh sorpresa! La ensalada estaba m\u00e1s rica que el d\u00eda que la prepar\u00e9. Y si nos vamos m\u00e1s internaciones a\u00fan, nosotros hemos servido esta ensalada de papas sin mayonesa con este crujiente y sabroso Tonkatsu (platillo japon\u00e9s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como hacer Ensalada de Papas sin Mayonesa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>*<em>La lista de ingredientes completa la encuentran abajo en la Tarjeta de la Receta <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocer las patatas (ver nota abajo), dejarlas enfriar completamente y luego&nbsp;  ponerlas en un cuenco grande. Picar la cebolla y las hierbas finamente. Reservar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mondar el apio, lavarlo y cortarlo en trozos peque\u00f1os, yo he usado incluso las hojas m\u00e1s tiernas, poner en el cuenco junto con las patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Preparar el ali\u00f1o:<\/em> En un frasco poner el yogurt, la mostaza y las hierbas. Unir el hinojo, el vinagre y la miel, mezclar con una cuchara. Salpimentar, cerrar el frasco y agitarlo hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien emulsionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probar el ali\u00f1o y ajustar de sabor agregando m\u00e1s del ingrediente que prefieran (por ejemplo m\u00e1s sal o vinagre o miel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u00f1ar con el ali\u00f1o las verduras, mezclar por un par de minutos. Una vez que el agua comience a hervir depender\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o de los cubos de papas el tiempo que se tardar\u00e1n a cocerse, en las de esta receta yo las cort\u00e9 mas o menos de 1.2&#8243; (3cm) y quedaron perfectas luego de 3 minutos hirviendo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/ensalada-de-papas-sin-mayonesa\/?tp_image_id=40410\" data-pin-nopin=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/cooked-potatoes.jpg\" alt=\"Papas cocidas.\" class=\"wp-image-40410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/cooked-potatoes.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/cooked-potatoes-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/cooked-potatoes-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/cooked-potatoes-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante de cortarlas m\u00e1s o menos del mismo tama\u00f1o para que se cuezan parejo. Tomar un trozo de patata con un tenedor, tienen que sentir una <strong>ligera<\/strong> resistencia cuando entra, si el tenedor no entra facilmente quiere decir que les falta cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner las patatas en un colador y enjuagarlas con agua fr\u00eda. Ponerlas luego a remojar en un cuenco con agua y hielos, esto har\u00e1 que la cocci\u00f3n de las patatas se detenga y que el contraste de caliente-fr\u00edo haga endurecerlas un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas importantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pueden agregar las hierbas frescas que prefieran, pero no cuentan con ninguna pueden substituirlas con hierbas secas como tomillo, mejorana, hinojo, or\u00e9gano, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La miel es importante para darle ese toque que justo tiene la mayonesa y que en este caso no estamos agregando. Si quieren pueden substituir la miel con az\u00facar o <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Estevia_(edulcorante)\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Estevia<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si preparan esta ensalada de papas sin mayonesa con anticipaci\u00f3n, recuerden de ponerla en un recipiente con tapadera herm\u00e9tica para evitar que absorba otros olores cuando est\u00e9 dentro el refrigerador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pueden darle un toque picantito agregando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/jalapenos-en-vinagre\/\"
