Another crazy simple but incredibly good recipe. A comment was made that it was the best red rice I’d made. Ate an obscene amount especially after adding some chile de árbol salsa.

I want to start off by saying that I’ve made various red rice recipes and for some reason they all lacked something with the flavor. I was getting discouraged because I really wanted to perfect my red rice and I haven’t until now. I really appreciate the simple ingredients and how much flavor they give the rice. I was so happy to have made this recipe. It’s perfect!!!
