I shredded the chicken. We ate it on corn tortillas with guacamole. It was delicious!

Hi Mari,
Thanks again for another recipe that has gone down a treat for all who ate it, including me!
I used your recipe for the Chorizo, except I had no Pasilla or Mulato chillies so used Guajillo, Ancho, Chipotle Morita and chilli de Arbol.
I will be using some more Chorizo tomorrow when I make your Lentil soup.

Delicious!
Made this today and it turned out great. I pretty much followed the recipe with a few exception. I didn’t have any garlic salt, so used Adobe, also substituted the cheese with Mexican shredded cheese. I also cooked the sausage much longe, but only because I like it more brown & crispy. I will definitely make this again. Thank you for sharing.
