Thank you for the information. I have to keep the heat relatively low for the family members who are less keen than I am on heat in their food.
I was looking for a nice salsa to pep my portion up a level and your Tomatillo red salsa sounds just the thing. (It will have to be after the beginning of the new month as I have no Tomatillos…credit card and interest repayment!)
I have seen in one of your recipes that your Mum used to make a Chili de Arbol salsa that you liked but I can’t find the link to it.
