Hi Mari,
I made this recipe a couple of days ago for my parents. We had it with plain white rice and it was universally voted a five star hit! My Mother is not a spicy food lover and was worried that so many chillies would be too hot for her but I showed her your recipe and your notes and she, cautiously at first tasted it and then after leaving a clean plate said it was the most wonderful thing she’d tasted in years!

Delicious! Instant pot 10 minutes on high, no added water to the sauce, and then deboned the chicken and added it back to simmer, served over brown rice with cilantro. Great, warm, comforting, and different! easy and adaptable : P Thank you Maricruz
