Hi Mari,
The two of us have just very much enjoyed our Carne Asada bowls.
The Beef was tender but not fall apart with excellent flavours from your seasoning. I used Black Beans with my blend of dried herbs (Mexican Oregano, Epazote and Thyme) and your seasonings (Cumin, Salt & Pepper).
The Cilantro Lime Rice is to die for and the dressing really perks everything up. Added the Pico de Gallo salsa, shredded Lettuce and sliced Avocado and had your Guajillo sauce on the side.

Fabulous meal. A1 5*!
