I love Calabacitas con puerco so much! We always eat it with tortillas since it’s very savory! Thanks for including alternatives for the ingredients, very helpful for me who have no access for authentic Mexican ingredients all the time.

Hi Steve, I don’t know either of those types of ribs you mentioned. I just buy the ribs in the supermarket as “pork ribs” and they’re usually about 7-8cm each, if they’re larger I cut them in half.
And yes, I cook them with the bone-in but you can remove the bone if you want. Hope that helps :)
