The fish fried up beautifully! I used flounder filets, and my family loved the tacos. The recipe left out how much chili powder to put in the batter, so I guessed and put in one teaspoon and thought it tasted great. Also, I used baking soda, not baking powder (the recipe mentions one in the ingredients and the other in the instructions), and my fish looked exactly like the picture! So delicious and I’m glad I tried something new.

This website has the best taco recipes – and this recipe for Baja fish tacos is not exception. The crispy fish and cabbage slaw were delicious! Will make again – for sure!
