Hi Mari,

These canned Tuna recipes are a godsend as my 89 yr old Mother in Law who has dementia has mountains of tinned Tuna, Salmon, Mackerel and Pilchards.
We had this last night in Tacos with cheese and Lettuce.

With your help, I’ll level the “tinned fish mountain of Manchester”!

I made this tuna for lunch today and it was soooo yummy!! I’m so glad I tried it out. The ingredients are simple, yet bring out a lot of flavor. The tuna was extremely moist and I found myself wanting to keep eating. It was also easy to put together!! We definitely be making regularly.

I don’t know why I am hearing about this dish just now. It is AMAZING! unbelievable how can you make such a tasteful dish with just a bunch of easy pantry ingredients. Thank you, this has become one of my fav recipes for canned tuna!
